  •  Welcome James!
Regarding the sleep issue, or lack of sleep, I will read something that I can focus on after I've put the bookdown. Somethng positive that helps you create "good feeling", mood upliftinig feelings. That way, when your mind wanders as you're trying to fall asleep, allow yourself to enjoy the positive images and thoughts that you now have freshly in your awareness.
    Melatonin can also help:-))
    Best,

  •  Diet is excellent and sleep is terrible, thanks for asking! I eat tons of fruit & balanced meals, but averaging ~5 hrs/night b/c of everything on my mind. Friend of mine suggested melatonin so I might try that along with some other techniques I read about, like no visual stimulation (tv, computer) an hour before bed. This is supposed to relax the mind. Thanks for organizing this group. I think it's a great idea and it's also good inspiration to actually follow thru w/things we talk about.
